The small series foundry employs the flexibility of the sand cast process whilst optimising economies of production manufacture. Volumes of 1,000 – 10,000 units can be considered with an overall facility volume of circa 60,000 moulds.
Casts parts can be further processed including machining and assembly processes, thus providing validated components ready for engine/vehicle build. |
